 Yes! Domaine at Napa Junction is a pet-friendly community and welcomes both cats and dogs. Our pet policy includes: Maximum of two pets per apartment home • $500 pet deposit per pet • $50 monthly pet rent per pet • Breed restrictions apply • Maximum weight limit of 50 pounds

We currently offer a variety of lease terms based on availability, with our most common lease options ranging from 12 to 14 months. We currently are not offering short term lease options.

We offer both guided in-person tours and virtual tours so you can explore our community in the way that's most convenient for you.

Applying is simple and can be completed online through our website. Application requirements generally include: Completed rental application • Government-issued photo ID • Income verification • Rental history • Credit and background screening Application fee: $61 per applicant Holding deposit: $300 (refundable if the application is canceled within 72 hours) Income requirements generally require household gross income to equal at least three times the monthly rent.

Carports are available for $45 monthly , Garages are available for $125 monthly. Residents may pick one assigned parking spot and if they have an additional vehicle, it would park in open and uncovered spaces which double as guest parking.

Residents are responsible for: Electricity (PG&E) • Water • Sewer • Trash • Internet and cable services (if desired) • Renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage Water, sewer, and trash are billed separately through the community, while electricity is established directly with PG&E prior to move-in. Residents are also required to maintain renters insurance for the duration of their lease. Our leasing team is happy to answer any questions about utility setup or insurance requirements before move-in.
